Complete an Application for Ballot by Mail and send it to your county Early Voting Clerk. Include the required ID number. Faxed or emailed applications also require a timely mailed original.

Check your ballot status through the official service. If it is missing, rejected or needs correction, contact your local election office promptly.
Ballot trackingComplete the ballot and return envelope exactly as instructed, including any signature, ID, witness or notary requirements. Check the official request and return deadlines; a mailing date is not always enough.
