USDA climate pages and litigation

A January 30, 2025 directive called for archiving or unpublishing USDA climate landing pages. During litigation USDA committed in May to restore pages; the case was dismissed February 25, 2026.

Restoration commitments and dismissal are not a merits ruling that every federal climate webpage removal was unlawful.
